Well, it is so simple - just add water in a coffee mug and microwave for 90 seconds. That's it!

The recommended amount is about 4 measuring tablespoons or 1/4 measuring cup of water. 

Note that the resulting texture may vary based on the amount of water you use, your microwave power or the coffee mug. We recommend that you note to yourself the amount of water you use when making your first muffin. If the outcome is too moist, then just use a little less water with your next muffin, or microwave for an extra 5-10 seconds. If it's too dry, add a little bit of water.

In any case, we promise that the muffin will always taste heavenly :)

We recommend using a 13-15oz mug. When heated in the microwave, the batter rises to about 3 times the original height and then settles down into a yummy muffin. Using a large enough coffee mug will ensure nothing spills out in the process.

Nope. It works just fine with tap water.

There are 3 things you can do to improve the muffin's texture.

If your muffins are too moist, you may try either of the three (but not all together)

1. Change the amount of water - use a bit less water for a dryer texture
2. Change the microwave duration - microwave for an extra 5-10 seconds for a bit of extra fluffiness
3. Change the size of coffee mug - a wider mug will make a dryer texture

Yes, all of our muffins use almond flour and coconut flour. Additionally you will find walnuts in the Nutty Maple and pecans in the Pecan Clover.

Yes, all of our muffins contain whole organic eggs.

We use ingredients that are naturally gluten free. However at this point our products are not gluten free certified.

Well, for a starter, cavemen did not have internet either, yet we still use it, right? :) But the real answer is that, believe it or not, microwave cooking is in many cases better for you than oven baking or even steaming. Main reason is that microwaving is one of the most healthful ways to cook your food while keeping most of its nutritional value. This has been long ago proven over multiple studies. Bottom line, we think that Paleo needs to be healthy but also practical, and as long you are using your microwave in a safe way and with the right tools, then you should not fear of it.

The weight of your package, your destination state and the available shipping boxes are all taken into account for the calculation of the shipping costs.

We are making every effort to ship out purchases as soon as possible. All purchases received before noon Central Time, will be shipped out using United States Postal Services the same day. However, we will still make the effort to ship out purchases received until 4pm Central Time but cannot guarantee same day shipment in this case. We normally use First Class Mail or Priority Mail (2-day) depending on availability, affordability and the type of shipment you choose during the checkout process. If you have any question about your shipment, don't hesitate to contact us.
